3D Rendering & space planning & recreating

3D renders is where it is at for Interior Design today. I will recreate your space even before you start building or taking the walls down. This helps you to visualize what your space will look like, what color you want, what materials you want and the ultimate feel of the space. I can take these renders and create pdf foorplans, electrical plans, elevations, 360 panoramas and virtual tours of the space. The ultimate way to renovate when you have a hard time visualizing what the space will look like. Cost is $1 per square foot with a minimum of $300. For kitchens and bathrooms the cost is $5 per square foot with a minimum of $350. Can be done virtually just as easily as in person. All I need are the dimensions, locations and sizes of door & windows and the ceiling height.
